General conditions of sale (Grow Your Business Pinoy Inc.)

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Grow Your Business Pinoy Inc. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Grow Your Business Pinoy Inc. an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1a: Age limit

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from when the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
